Although our Design Computer contains thousands of monument and marker designs, scenes, emblems, crosses, floral motifs and other memorial items, we are constantly asked to create memorial art that is specific to the deceased or the family. We do this in our own Art Department at our main plant. Kallin-Johnson Monument Co. is one of only a very few monument companies in the Mid-west that has it's own Art Department with Artists well experienced in creating memorial art as well as features, signs and other related items. Many years of training and experience are available to you at Kallin-Johnson or at one of it's associated offices. By meeting personally with one of our artists, you can be assured of getting exactly what you want on the memorial you purchase. Original art such as this will sometimes cost a little more than a standard computer design. It is well worth it because the memorial is specific to your family and not one of hundreds of the same thing. Besides, you will probably be pleasantly surprised how little more it may cost.

When Kallin-Johnson's Art Staff creates a custom designed memorial for your family, you get a one of a kind memorial as well as a piece of Art. Meet with one of our Art Staff and discuss your ideas on what you want portrayed on the memorial. An Artists rendering will then be created for your approval or changes. Only after you have approved all artwork will our Craftsmen produce the memorial. This process gives you a say in every step of producing the memorial and assures you complete satisfaction.
